Corbillard tells of the trial of a man to corrupt his hearse ("Corbillard") to let him go home, because he still has so much to do and he don't wanna stay dead. But no matter how good or bad, easy or hard life has run, also the hearse can not make death undone. The song will encourage in it's pointedly manner everyone for engagement with the naturalness of death. Terminus cemetery. Death affects everyone, whether young or old, good or bad. In particular, in the Congo, people die earlier and funerals have become an integral part of life. With a bit of irony Corbillard tells how hard it is to survive. Because in the end it doesn't count what you yourself want, but the rules of life and death - the comings and goings. Again and again you have to learn to let go when the hearse passes to accompany a dead on his last earthly journey.
